What should the church do to solve our problems?

What should the church do in light of the mess we, as a nation and a people, have gotten ourselves into? What should Christians do next?

'We should judge less and pray more and repent of our own sins first.
For it is time for judgment to begin with God's household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Judgment begins with the house of God, i.e., with the church and with Christians. 1 Peter 4:17, NIV. Obama and the Democrats won because enough Christians voted for them, and are a major cause of the problems plaguing our nation today.

The next thing Christians must do is to repent and return to God. [I]f my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14, New International Version (NIV)
